Karla Kay Mahar Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 26, 2024, at the age of 75, Karla Kay Mahar of Manchester, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Karla Kay may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Karla Kay touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Smith, Jr. and Rosalie Selock Smith of Mode, Illinois.; and her sister Billie Gayle Childress. She is survived by: her husband Tim; her daughter Kaitrin; and her sister Karen Ann Forcum. She is also survived by in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
