He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Novia, Eulis Green of Manchester, Lura and Frank Stephens of Celina, Tennessee.. He is survived by: his parents, Sue Stephens and Jerry Stephens; his daughters, Ashlee Owens (Phillip) and Lindsey Carter; his grandchildren, LiliAna of Brodie, RJ and Balian; his siblings, Donald Ray "Donnie" Stephens, Jennifer Stephens-Vickers (Curtis), Mona Duke Gray and Patricia Duke; his half-sisters, Jammie Shelton and Tonya Waites; his nieces and nephews, Jessica Stephens-Lowe (Jordan), Madison Vickers, Cheyenne Vickers, Cara Sipe (Steven), Amber Duke, Joshua Stephens (Kammie) and Coulter Gray (Miranda); and his great-nephews, James Lowe and Jasper Lowe.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Juston's Memory to: Short Mountain Bible Camp, in Woodbury, Tennessee, where he and his brother, Donnie, attended as young boys.
