He is survived by: his wife Carol Betker LeClaire; his children, Karen Myers of Manchester and Joseph LeClaire III (Rebecca) of Cherry Valley, Illinois.; his brother Richard LeClaire of Chesapeake, Virginia.; his grandchildren, Karina Karas (Nick) of Pleasant Valley, Zachary of Cherry Valley, Illinois. and Aiden LeClaire of Cherry Valley, Illinois.; and his great grandchild Jacob Karas of Pleasant Valley.
