He was predeceased by: his parents, John Albert Jouett and Bessie Estelle Jouett (Parrott); his sisters, Philena Dell Blankenship (Jouett) and Mildred Elaine Arney (Jouett); and his brothers-in-law, Homer Blankenship and Kenneth Arney.
He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Howard Jouett; his sons, John Howard Jouett (Khristal) and James Albert Jouett (Tracey); and his granddaughters, Elizabeth, Katherine and Kayla.
