It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Jones of Manchester, Tennessee, born in Tullahoma, Tennessee, who passed away on November 9, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ova Bell Burt and Jack Jones; his stepfather Herman Burt; his sisters, Marie Hazelwood (Cecil) and Linda Lohorn (Victor); and his brothers-in-law, Archie Bennett and Steve Sims.
He is survived by: his wife Ann McKinney Jones; his children, Steve Jones (Vicky), Stacey Jones (Helen) and Stephanie Fulks (Chuck); his sisters, Phyllis Sims and Christine Bennett; and his grandchildren, Michael, Mark Jones, Brandon Fulks, Ethan Jones and Emily Jones. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Central Funeral Home (2812 Hillsboro Hwy, Manchester, TN 37355). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
