He is survived by: his wife Linda Rackley (West); his daughters, Kelly Rollins (Dale) and Patty Dickson (Scott); his grandchildren, Nikki Cook, Joseph Cook (Angela), Cameron Rollins, Mikayla Dickson, Travis Dickson (Sydney) and Lindsey Dickson; his great grandchildren, Shiane Gilbert, Kaleb Jones, Dayton Cook and Landon Cook; and his friends, Jimmy Kesey, James Brandon, Harold Johnson, Danny Payne and Boomer. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
