She is survived by: her caregiver Joan; her daughters, Anjanette West (David), Gayle Doss (Steve) and LaDonna Howard (Allen); and her siblings, Jerry Bergfeld (Mary), John Bergfeld (Linda), Tom Bergfeld (Margie), Deborah Dawe, Betty Stevenson and Mary Ann Kadlec.
