It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessie Elizabeth Jane Vaughn of Manchester, Tennessee, born in Beechgrove, Tennessee, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoyt Herbert and Zadie Marie Brandon (Jacobs); her husband Billy E. Vaughn; and her siblings, Monroe Brandon, Evelyn Lawson and Nina McCullough.
She is survived by: her son Kelly; her daughter-in-law Missy Vaughn; her daughter Angelia; her son-in-law Doug Garrard; her grandchildren, Brandon, Hannah Vaughn, Morgan Vaughn, Justin, Lauren Garrard, Rachel and Landon Spangler; her great grandchildren, Hudson Garrard, Mallory Garrard and Dorian Spangler; and her brothers, Larry (Crystal Brandon) and Bill (Shirley Brandon).
