He is survived by: his wife Wynette McGatha Norris; his children, Scot Lee Norris and Shannon Norris Arnold (Joshua); his siblings, Thomas G. Norris and Rebecca Lyn LaFever; and his grandchildren, Thelma Lorene Norris, Ridley Alexander Arnold and Yancy Lee Norris.
