He is survived by: his wife Reta Meadows; his children, Carl Meadows (Krystal), Chris Meadows (Teresa) and Kimberly Harris (Randy); his stepchildren, Amy Lowry, Kirt Lowry and Jonathan Lowry; his sister Judy Brown; his grandchildren, Karlyssa Meadows (Eliot), Jordan Lively, Ethan Rivera, Kyrsten Meadows, Logan Blackwell, Kayla Meadows, Gracie Meadows, Jeremiah Blackwell, Kaytie Meadows, Christian Meadows and Karolynn Meadows; and his great grandchildren, Denver Lively and Clay Carter Sain. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
