He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest E. Rhea and Veola Rhea (Sweeton); and his sister Elizabeth Sanders. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Rhea, Lindsey Rhea and Beth White (Raymond); his grandchildren, Tameron Garner, Connor Meeks, Gunnar Meeks, Kole King, Kase King, Slade Ellison and Andy Rhea; his great grandchildren, Braylon, Brinlee and Avery Mae; his siblings, Charlie Rhea, Ralph Rhea, Beatrice Rogers, Ruthie Adams and Nancy Rhea; his nephews, Tim, Kyle, Kevin, Michael and Kent; and his close friend Basil Rowe.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Manchester Funeral Home (786 McMinnville Hwy, Manchester, TN 37355). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
