He is survived by: his mother Penny Denise Johnson Shelton (Terry Jr.); his fiancée Sarah Reed; his father Randy Smithson (Karen Dickens); his children, Louella Ann Smithson, Layla Rae Smithson and Beau Hunter Smithson; his sisters, Hillari Nicole Smithson Arnold (Ethan) and Holli Brooke Smithson (William); his fiancée Patricia Reed; and his grandmother Carolyn Swoape.
