He is survived by: his wife Sarah Frances Qualls; his son Franklin David Qualls; his daughter-in-law Patricia Qualls; his grandson John Taylor Qualls; his pets, Charlie and Smokey; his sister Jean Green (James); and his niece Carolyn Bradshaw.
