She was predeceased by: her parents, Hampton Webb and Winnie Judkins Webb; her husband Lester Franks; her son-in-law Lonnie Clapp; her sisters, Kathleen Wall, JoAnn Sandlin and Doris Webb; and her great grandchild Keegan Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Clapp and Brenda Krause (Richard); her grandchildren, Jason Clapp (Jodi), Jeff Clapp (Heather), Jamie Brown (Brandon Sr.), Erin Cerrato and Meredith Krause Hauch (Michael); her great grandchildren, Lexy Clapp, Jaylen Clapp, Peyton Clapp, Brooklyn Brown and Brandon Brown, Jr.; her great great grandchildren, Riley Clapp, Carson Witt and Vernon Witt; and her grandchildren, Brandon Umbarger, Austin and Lexie Florence.
