She was predeceased by: her father Frank Grady; her husband Doyle E. Lewis, Sr.; and her son-in-law Mack Hulvey. She is survived by: her children, Doyle "Butch" Lewis, Jr., Debra Hulvey and Connie Hunt (Gary). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
