She is survived by: her granddaughter Emily Stacey; her brother Marcus Lowe; her nephew Troy Lowe; her husband John Henry Blackwell of Manchester, TN; her sons, John "Jay" Stacey, William Blackwell of Manchester, TN, Carl Shadrick and Jeremy Stacey of Jasper, TN; her grandchildren, Vanity Womble of Seattle, WA, Logan Womble (Kati Charlton) of Tullahoma, TN, Cadance Lowery of Nashville, TN and Leah Stacey of Tullahoma, TN; her great grandchildren, Zoey, Madilyn Womble, Michael (Janice) and Larry Linville of Dunlap, TN; her sister Shirley Lowe (Geraldine Linville Johnson) of Choctaw, OK; and her children, Austin, Amber, Crystal, Anissa, Malachi, Mariah, Cheyenne, Shawn, Tori, Brooke, Sean, Jesse, Jaiden, Jaida, Nyla, Christian, Josh, Brandi, Andrew, Starr, Zaylon, Tavion, Aeriona, Zach, Alex, Luciano, Jake, Brittney, Dillon and Morgan.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM.
