He is survived by: his wife Nancy F. Nicoll; his sons, D. Scott Nicoll and John Nicoll; his grandchildren, Max, Payton and Audie; and his brother Frederick S. Nicoll (JoAnn) of Ocean City, MD.. He is also survived by his sons, daughters-in-laws, and grandchildren.
