He is survived by: his wife Rosie Pack; his sons, Rickey Lyn Pack (Patricia) and Ronnie Lee Pack (Andrea); and his sisters, Evelyn Louise Pack Warren and Patricia Ann Pack Slone. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
