He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Bell of Manchester; his son David; his daughter-in-law Sofie Bell of Knoxville, TN; his daughter Robin; his son-in-law Scott Charlton of Murfreesboro, TN; his brother Gary; his sister-in-law Judith Bell; his grandchildren, Brittany Norris, Tyler Bell, Jasmine Bell, Jada Bell, Ivan Bell, Nicholas Bell, Travis Burks (Abby) and Jared Burks (Liz); his great grandchildren, Oliver Birchfiel and Lily Burks; and his close friends, Scott, Tess and Sara Stephens. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
