He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Rayburn Powers and Cecil Powers; and his sister Dorothy Gail Powers Cole. He is survived by: his daughter Anita; his wife Sara Frances Gold; his daughters, Rita Frances and Linda Kaye; and his grandson Matthew Brian.
