She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Simmons and Aleta Simmons; and her sisters, Diane and Melanie. She is survived by: her children, Amanda, Dustin, Savanna, Mykaela and Mikey; and her grandchildren, Dylan, Jayden, Maycee, James, Rosezada, Georgia, Lazarus, Eli, Jax, Lylla and Cresslin. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, sister, nieces, and nephews.
