He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford B. Brown, Sr. and Ann Cunningham Brown; his wife Sara Fay Robertson Brown; and his brother Dwight Brown. He is survived by: his children, Brian Blanton, Amy Denise Brown Sadler (Craig) and Chad Alan Brown; his siblings, Greta Hinds Dajani (Sam), David Brown (Gloria), Karen Daniel and Cindy Anderson; his grandchildren, Brandon Shelton (Devan), Tyler Shelton, Lauren Brown, Kirsten Massey (Dallas), Sara Brown (Dalton), Blanton Brown (Ellie), Garrett Sadler (Sabrina), Grant Sadler, Grayson Sadler and Genna Sadler; his great grandchildren, Vanna Massey, Wyatt Massey, Memphis Massey, Mason Cunningham and Kendall Fay Cunningham; and his close friend Martha Hennessee.
