He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Duncan and Mintie Rummell Duncan; his wife Pauline Duncan; and his siblings, Gracie Parker, John Duncan, Mary Rigney, Mable Vaughn, Ruth Rigney, Ruby Schrader, Christine Rhea, Violet McGhee and Jack Duncan.
He is survived by: his children, Treiva Smith and Eugene Duncan; his son-in-law Curtis Smith; his granddaughter Tambra Schmidt (Zack Taylor); and his great grandchildren, Parker Clouse, Emersyn Schmidt and Ian Taylor.
