She was predeceased by: her father Luke Brown Smith. She is survived by: her mother Ella Louise Smith; her husband Hollis Simmons of Manchester; and her brothers, Jerry Smith (Phyllis) of Manchester, Luke Smith Jr. of Manchester and Jeffrey Smith of Manchester. She is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews and 13 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Manchester Funeral Home (786 McMinnville Hwy, Manchester, TN 37355). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Forrest Mills Cemetery (3685 McMinnville Hwy, Manchester, TN 37355).
