She is survived by: her mother Shirley Ann Noblitt Hale of Estill Springs; her husband Stephen McGowan of Manchester; her daughters, Lorie LeeAnn Grimes of Manchester and Andrea Lynn Jernigan (Jeremy) of Murfreesboro; her siblings, Allen Hale of Garden City, SC, Chris Hale (Dana) of Estill Springs, Pam Lawson (Mike) of Manchester and Karen Church (Rick) of Estill Springs; and her grandchildren, Hannah Grace, Lindsey Brooke Grimes, Kylie Lynn, Katie Elizabeth and Isabel Marie Jernigan.
