It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Ray Cain of Madisonville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 15, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Cain and Carrie Cain; his siblings, Marie Rue, Ruby Roberts, Melvin Cain and Holbert Cain; and his parents-in-law, Jake and Dorothy Devine.

He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Garland, Geneva Best, Richard, Glenna Aguirre, Larry Devine, Ronnie Devine, Beechard, Edna Devine, Ted, Marie Devine, Rev. Gary Leon Devine and Jo Ogle; his wife Esther Devine Cain (Fuzzy); his son Brian Cain; and his siblings-in-law, Geraldine Devine of Maryville, Kathy Devine of Maryville, Ivy, Jack Harrill of Madisonville, Brenda Devine of Madisonville, Donna Devine of Etowah, James Earl, Nancy Devine of Greenback and Gene Ogle of Athens.
