He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur and Opal White (Loetta Freeman White). He is survived by: his wife Barbara S. White of Madisonville; his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Kandice White; his grandchildren, Mikeala of Maryville and Karah White of Maryville; his sister Sandy; his brother-in-law Reuben Hill of Englewood; his son-in-law Joey Harvel of Brentwood; and his stepgrandchildren, Chloe and Nolan Harvel of Brentwood. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many friends.
