He is survived by: his wife Lisa Hicks; his stepson Joshua Moser; his daughter-in-law Samantha Moser; his grandchildren, Christopher Moser, Zachary Moser, Tristian Moser, Josie Moser, Shea Moser, Kinsley Moser and Skylar Moser; his siblings, Brenda Abernathy, Diana Harris, Carolyn Phillips, Terry Hicks, Janet William and Tim Hicks; his brother-in-law Bill Hamilton; his nephew Randal Hamilton (Alisha); his close friend Sarah Presley; and also Emi Sunshine Hamilton. He is also survived by several other step-grandchildren, cousins.
