He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Watkins and Viola Watkins; and his siblings, J. R., Roy, Dennis, Jerry Dan, Doug Watkins, Lucille Mitchell, Willa Mae Watkins and Eula Faye Torbett.
He is survived by: his significant other Linda Yarbrough; his children, Alan Watkins, Becky Bookout (Randy), Stacy Watkins, Julie Cox (Jeff) and Shane Watkins; his grandchildren, Makayla McJunkins (Justin), Brandon Watkins (Katlyn), Trista Walker (Chris), Katlyn Butler (Ty), Tanner Evans (Ashley), Chloe, Harley, Emily, Bailey, Aubrie and Allie; his great grandchildren, Bryson Watkins, Ella, Olivia Walker, Paisley and Kayson Evans; and his brothers, John, Joe and Clifford Watkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
