He is survived by: his children, Sue, Roy Staley and Biological; his parents, Cindy Justice (Biological) and Lionell Smith; his stepmother Sandra Smith; his grandparents, Elijah Lester Isbill Jr., Lionell Smith Sr. and Peggy Smith; his siblings, Darrian Justice, William Smith, Amaury Smith, Tela Smith and Aaliyah Smith; and his aunts and uncles, Windy, Tim Duncan, Trish, Bobby Seivers, Scott and Nikki Bradley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
