He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Witt and Beverly Witt; his grandson Justice Jordan; his siblings, Henegar Witt, Troy Witt, Lisa Carroll Witt Dalton, Danny Witt, Henry Witt and Nancy Witt Slaton; and his son-in-law Roger Stevens.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Witt and Amy Witt Stevens (Alex Ingram); his grandchildren, Kaitlin (Jasmine), Dashon (Jaidan) and Camryn (Everly); his great grandchildren, Armani, Adrian, Aaliyah and Amiyah; his siblings, Bernice Moore, Gerald Witt and Richard Witt; and his close friends, Joe Irons and Johhny Garrett. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Epperson Cemetery.
