She was predeceased by: her father Gordon Cooper Forehand; and her sister Anna Blackston of Mauk, GA.. She is survived by: her husband Vic McKinney; her children, Logan McKinney (Courtney) and Avery McClintic (Bill); her mother Margaret Strider Forehand of Madisonville, TN; her siblings, Perrie Jay Forehand (Lynn) of Madisonville, TN, Nancy Moreau (Ron) of Madisonville, TN, Kathy Smith (Terry) of Woodlawn, VA and Susan Forehand of Madisonville, TN; and her brother-in-law Tom Backston. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
