With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel Houston Harrill of Madisonville, Tennessee, who passed away on May 8, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Bill Harrill; his granddaughter Taylor Marie Harrill; his mother Roxie Saffles Harrill; his brother Bob; his sister-in-law Johnie Harrill; his daughter-in-law Teresa Harrill; and his brother-in-law Richard Spurling.
He is survived by: his significant other Janie Love Harrill; his sons, Keith, Brian and Kurt Harrill (Peggy); his grandchildren, Nikki, Hank and MacKenzie; and his sister Bettye H. Spurling. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
The family is requesting masks to be worn and social distancing.
