She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Andy; her son-in-law Leo Andy of Tracy City; her grandsons, Leo Andy III (Chip) of Altamont and James Andy of Annandale, VA; her great grandchildren, Garrison, Thomas Andy and Adopted; and her sister Glenna Belle Cardin Hicks of Madisonville.
