Roy Hall Obituary

Roy Hall, 67, of Madisonville, passed away on June 15, 2023 at his residence. He was born on January 19, 1956 to the late John Hall and Edith Gray Hall. His sisters, Edna Shay Bell Denton and Dale Hall also preceded him in death. Roy enjoyed auto mechanics and rebuilding motorcycles. He was a great mechanic. If a family member or friend had car trouble, they knew who to call and he was always there to help. He had a knack for making people laugh. No matter what situation you may be in, he could always find a way to make you laugh, and put a smile on your face to take your mind off your troubles. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. He loved his family very much.

He is survived by: his wife, Denecial Hall; one daughter, Amanda Hall Stover and her fiancé Jeremy Brewer all of Madisonville; three sons, Josh Hall of Madisonville, Kory Hall of Knoxville, Kalob Hall of Madisonville; one brother, Charlie 'Chars' Hall of Madisonville; three sisters, Arlean Stephens (Doug) of Madisonville, Katie Howard of Vonore, Jeanie Snyder; grandchildren, Catlyn Hunt, Olivia Stover, Koltyn Hall; great-grandchild, Ka'Marii Hunt; mother-in-law, more like a mother, Frankie Cook Thomas of Madisonville; several nieces and nephews also survive.

A Remembrance of Life graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Friday, June 23, 2023 at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery in Madisonville, with Pastor David Davis officiating. Jim Rush Funeral Home and Cremation Services, North Ocoee Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
