He was predeceased by: his grandson Timothy Thomas; and his brother Ronald Thomas (Sonny). He is survived by: his wife Mary M. Thomas (McCusker); his children, Deborah North (John) and Daniel Thomas (Pellar); his grandchildren, Jason Cady (Alanna), Jeremy Wysocki (Amber), Rebecca Thomas, Sarah Thomas, Danielle Thomas and Dara Tahar Chaouch (Thomas); his siblings, Merwin P Thomas (Linda), Dick Thomas (Martha) and Marylin Collins (Leonard); and his great grandchildren, Sebastian, Shon, Madelyn, Zevarie, Yousef, Adam and Lelu. He is also survived by his family & friends.
