He is survived by: his wife Lena Mearl Saffles; his children, Ann Holcomb (Timmy), Robin Lowe (Dennis), Janet Newman (Mike), Sandra O'Dell (Jack), Doug Saffles (Whitney) and Dale Saffles (Jodi); his grandchildren, Jesse Holcomb (Darian), Talena Holcomb, Johnross Martin (Brittany), Amber Lowe, Heather Raper (Ryan), Grace Hitt, Lacey Ferguson (Matthew), Jonathan Charles, Codie Harrill, Brad Torbett (Brooke), Bobby Mason, Rylan Saffles, Adam Saffles and Chloe Saffles; his siblings, Carolyn (Bud Isbill), Joyce (Roy Summitt), Bernice (Tom Struzinsky), Zulia (Wilford Denton), Bill Saffles (Kate) and Jim Saffles (Connie); and his niece Wendy Noelck.
