He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Edward Summey and Barbara Sue Summey; his sister Leitha Ann Davis; his nephew Chad Harrill; and his great-nephew Chandler Harrill.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Summey; his daughters, Tiffany (Aaron Boyd), Amber (David Potorski), Tessa Summey and Paige Sowers; his grandchildren, Adam Summey of Monroe County, Austin, Baylee Boyd, Kinsley, Analeigh Potorski, Cylus Linkous, Rosalyn Browning, Braylen Lindsey, Chaisen and Trevor Woertz; his nephew Todd Harrill (Jodie); and his close friends, John Hammontree, Tony Hall and Billy Lemons. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles.
