It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rema Sue Cook (Madisonville, Tennessee), who passed away on October 29, 2023, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hattie Agletine Evans and Robert Jackson Freeman; her grandparents, Larkin H. Evans, Eliza Jane Tipton, Andrew Jackson Freeman and Mary Haun; her siblings, Hobert, Elbert, Cliffton, Clinton, Francis, Lorrane, Ela Mae, Athel and Robbie Jean; her husband Virgil William Cook; and her children, Robert Virgil, James Clifford, Mildred Sue, William Robert, Clyde Earl, Helen Marie, Linda Lee, Jerry DeRoss, Wayne Dan, George Wade and Curtis Joe. She was also cherished by 7 children, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
