He was predeceased by: his son James Ray Robbins; his parents, Richard Robbins and Edna Robbins; and his siblings, Patsy Whited, Kenneth and Richard Robbins.
He is survived by: his wife Carrie Mae Mitchell Robbins; his children, Jeff (Veta Robbins), Janet (Steve Tweed), Cathy (Alan Carroll), Chris (Jamie Robbins) and Lori (Dennis Dailey); his grandchildren, Chad, Kelley Robbins, Jill, Nathan Wooten, Rebekah, Patrick Fox, Sarah Tweed, Jordan, Jenny Robbins, Hank, Clara, Ava Dailey, Abbey and Sarah Carroll; his great grandchildren, Samantha and Clay Robbins; his siblings, Mildred Robbins Newton, Ina Robbins Fountain, Shirley Robbins Toomey, Joan Robbins Hicks and Roger Robbins; and also Sharon Roberts.
