She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Summitt and Betty Rhea Summitt. She is survived by: her son Eli Belk; her grandchildren, Tristan Belk, Gabe and Kaitlyn Belk; her great grandchildren, Aliyah and Case Belk; her siblings, Rick (Donna Summitt), Mike (Michelle Summitt), Jeff (Sonya Summitt) and Pat; her brother-in-law Ken Lantzy; and her close friends, Debby Lane and Vickie Nichols. She is also survived by her son, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
