It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Naomi Cook Palmatier of Madisonville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Hall and Mae Craig Hall; her husbands, Glenn Cook and Paul Palmatier; her son Dennis Reece Cook; her grandson Scott Snyder; and her brothers, Thomas Hall and James Hall.

She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Watson (Allan), Pat Cook (Ron Pierce) of Madisonville and Leah Ronan of Florida; her grandchildren, Shannon Wheeler, Janice Ledford, Chris Cook and Sarah Ronan; her niece Dana Syrja (Roger); and her nephews, Dwight Hall and Gary Hall. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Monroe County Friends of Animals.
