He was predeceased by: his father John LaRue Wilbur; his grandfather Joe Tipton, Sr.; and his aunt Mona Lisa Tipton. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his daughter Abigail Wilbur; his mother Loretta Adams of Alcoa; his brother Matthew Wilbur of Knoxville; his grandmother Beulah Tipton of Greenback; his uncles, Lester, Joe and Boyd Tipton of Greenback; his parents-in-law, Floyd and Cheryl Garrett of Vonore; and his godson Kasen Michael Scott McCraw. He is also survived by his half-sisters, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given at any Volunteer Federal Savings & Loan branch.
