She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harvey Wright and Jenny Belamy Wright; her husband B. D. Benton; her grandson Bradley Dulaney Benton; her siblings, Louise Benton (Harold), Joyce Frazier, Lester Wright and W. H. Wright, Jr. (Imogene); and her parents-in-law, Boda and Sallie Taylor Benton.
She is survived by: her son Allan; her daughter-in-law Sharon Benton of Madisonville; her grandchildren, Suzanne Benton (Mike Abrahamsen), Elizabeth Benton and Darrell Benton (Meghan); her great grandchildren, Avery, Ruby Benton, Emma Nicholson, William and Emily Benton; her brother Wayne Wright; and her siblings-in-law, Nancy Wright, Louella Benton and Don Frazier. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to New Melody Church, 120 England Valley Road, Duffield, VA 24244.
