She was predeceased by: her father Otis Smalling (Bud). She is survived by: her husband Mike Hooper; her son Brady Hooper; her mother Barbara Smalling; her siblings, Richard Smalling and Janice Effler (Ike Effler); and her nephew Brandon Smalling.
In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to CASA Monroe, because that was her passion.
