She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Summitt; her daughter Robin Summitt; her granddaughter Miranda Summitt; her parents, Andy Millsaps and Mary Bingham Millsaps; and her siblings, Andy Millsaps, Jr., J. B. Millsaps, Ralph Millsaps and Ruby Rhyne.
She is survived by: her son Danny; her daughter-in-law Rita Summitt of Greenback; her granddaughter Marissa Summitt; her great grandchildren, Tate Anderson, Fender Cagle, Jovie Cagle and Gibson Cagle; her siblings, Martha Leming of Maryville and Boyd; and her sister-in-law Vietta Millsaps of Alcoa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
