She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Tinnel; her parents, Elmer Harbin and Annie Grace Harbin; her siblings, Charles Harbin, Hubert "Eddie" Harbin and Suzie Harbin; her sister-in-law Paula Harbin; her great-niece Alexandria Chavarria; and her nephew Jeff Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Robert Anthony Bishop (Whitney); her stepsons, Steve and Timothy Tinnel; her grandchildren, Angela Bishop (Vincent), Phillip Bishop, Felicia Bishop, Skylar, Alyssa and Hunter Tinnel; her great grandchildren, Autumn, William, Levi, Hazel, Thomas, Jasper and Lilly; and her siblings, George Harbin, Dora Johnson (John) and Ida Buff. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
