He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Ray and Gladys Earl Hunt (Morrow) of Tellico Plains; his wife Mary Sue Hunt; his sons, James Mack Hunt, Scott (Lorrie Hunt) and Cotton (Maggie Hunt); his granddaughters, Alisha (Jordy Raper), Ashley Hunt, Amanda Hunt (Meme) and Kelley Hunt (Leo Barahona); and his siblings, Tom Hunt, Mack Hunt, Lorene King and Zelma Leslie. He was also cherished by 4 great-granddaughters and great-grandson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Booger's name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
