She was predeceased by: her father James C. Parks. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Farmer; her son Bradley A.; her daughter-in-law Stacey Farmer; her daughter Molly (Farmer); her son-in-law Jeff Hamilton; her grandchildren, Cooper, Bryce and Avery Kate Hamilton; her mother Betty Brackett Parks; her brother Jim; and her sister-in-law Rhonda Parks.

The family is requesting no flowers, instead memorial donations can be made to the family to assist with other expenses.
