He is survived by: his wife Anna Mary Kendrick DeVall; his children, Jenny Lind DeVall Branton (Virgil) and John Wayne DeVall (Gloria Allison DeVall); and his sister Carolyn Simmons. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, A great-granddaughter.
